Facilities Reservation Application

The duration of a standard rental is limited to 4 hours.  For any overage hours exceeding four hours, there will be an incurred charge of $25 charge per hour that will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Maximum rental duration, not to exceed 8 hours.)

  • Note: Weekdays Monday to Friday the facilities will only be available from 4PM to 11PM, on Saturday 8AM to 11PM and on the Sunday 3PM to 11PM
  • Number of Guests: 1-50 $150 - 51-100 $350 - 101-200 $550 - 201-300 $750

    Tray Warmers for Buffet – $50 Extra
    Microphone System – $100 extra
    Podium/Stage – Free of charge
    Decorating Hall can only be done day of event.
  • Rules To Be Observed

    1. Space reserved by organizations shall not be used for any individual or family functions. MCC Committee shall not reserve the facilities on behalf of other organizations.

    2. Reservation will be confirmed in writing only after review of the completed application.

    3. Full payment must be made within 1-2 days prior of reserved event date.

    4. Building Committee guidelines and instruction of building managers must be strictly followed.

    5. Alcoholic beverages, gambling, dancing and music is prohibited.

    6. Facilities shall be available from 5pm to 11pm ( Youth Room from 6pm on Sundays) For additional use, $25 per hour charged extra. Kitchen can be used from 11am (except on Fridays and Sundays from 2pm), however Red Room Shall not be made a thoroughfare before 5pm.

    7. Please make separate arrangements for men and women, avoid mixed gatherings.

    8. FOR CANCELLATION and other matters MCC House Rules will be followed.

    9. Maximum persons allowed. Red Room 200, Youth Room 100.

    10. Children must be under close supervision at all times.

    11. Public Telephones: In Kitchen 773-286-9849 in Red Room Lobby 773-286-9847 can be used for incoming and outgoing calls.
